1 base sphere (Ø: 8 cm, height: 7,8 cm), 4 plug-in balls (Ø: 4 cm), 8 plug-in balls (Ø: 3 cm), 12 plug-in balls (Ø: 2 cm), 30 connectors, 1 fabric bag
This high-quality wooden plug-in toy is based on the educational principles of Friedrich Froebel and supports children aged 3 and up in their development through play. At its center is a large, partially cut base sphere with multiple openings. Small wooden connectors can be inserted into these, allowing colorful balls – available in four colors and three sizes – to be placed on top. The result is a growing, three-dimensional structure that can be built in any direction, as long as the balance of the base sphere is maintained.
As children stack and combine the elements, they learn how balance works, while also distinguishing colors and understanding size relationships. True to Froebel’s philosophy, the toy promotes fine motor skills, spatial thinking, and creative design. Through intuitive construction with natural materials, children playfully explore physical principles and develop an early understanding of statics and structure – a learning toy that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is educational.
