Therapy screw

The therapy screw is a supporting aid for performing a whole variety of different therapeutic exercises involving the fingers, hands and forearm. The selection of different forms allows therapists to exercise several grades of difficulty in positioning the fingers, whilst the tricolour system facilitates naming the individual nuts. In contrast to a threaded rod, the screw provides patients with a better grip which in
turn increases concentration on the hand involved in the movement. Simultaneous screwing of two or three nuts also presents a challenge to the development of motor skills.
